Catering Policy

Office Hours

Our office hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Ordering

Orders may be placed by completing an online order, or by email to maree@citymission.org.nz.

All orders (including final numbers, dietary requirements and delivery details) must be placed by 10.00am on the working day prior to delivery (e.g. for a delivery required on a Monday, your order must be placed by 10.00am on the previous Friday).

For complex or large orders, we reserve the right to require a longer notice period.

We endeavour to accommodate late catering orders; however this will be at our discretion.

All dietary requests will incur additional charges as set out in our catering menu.

All orders must be to the minimum value of $60.00 (excluding delivery fees), or to a minimum of 10 people.

Minimum orders of individual items apply as specified in our catering menu.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before 10.00am on the working day prior to the day of delivery without incurring cancellation penalties. For any late cancellations of an order, we reserve the right to charge the full price for the order.

Payment

Payment for all orders must be made in accordance with our Terms of Trade.

Invoices must be paid on or before the 20th of the month following delivery. We are able to arrange direct credit upon request.

Delivery

Our delivery hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm, or by arrangement. We do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays.

A minimum delivery fee of $15.00 applies to all delivered catering. Delivery fees may vary based on delivery location.

Ordered catering may be collected from our premises free of charge.

Delivered catering will arrive up to 45 minutes prior to the requested time, warm food up to 15 minutes prior.

All catering will be delivered on recyclable disposable catering platters unless by arrangement.

Where crockery or equipment is requested, a reasonable return fee for collection may be charged where we are required to collect the crockery or equipment. Where crockery or equipment is not returned to us, we reserve the right to be reimbursed for the full replacement cost.

Serviettes are supplied with all orders.

All food is prepared for consumption on the day of delivery only.
