Thrive Catering (“we”, “us”, “our”) treats your privacy with respect. In this Privacy Policy, “you” and “your” refers to the individual providing Personal Information to us. “Personal Information” is information relating to an individual that can be used to identify an individual, or which is linked to an identified individual.

Collection of your Personal Information
When you create an online account with us or update your account details, we collect your name, email address, delivery address and phone number, as well as the account password you set.
When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
We may also collect Personal Information you provide to us voluntarily, including where you sign up to receive our marketing materials.
When you order catering through our website, as part of the order process, we may collect the following Personal Information from you:

· your dietary requirements

· the catering you purchase and your catering order history

We use Shopify to power our online store. Shopify is an online e-commerce platform provided by Shopify, Inc that allows us to sell our products to you.

In particular, we use Windcave as a third-party payment gateway to process payments on our site. Windcave is a group of companies consisting of Windcave Limited, its affiliates, and its subsidiaries. Windcave provides technical solutions to businesses by allowing them to process payments in e-commerce, and via physical payment devices, such as card readers.

We may disclose your Personal Information to these third parties to perform services (including payment gateway services) on our behalf, to process information for us, or to hold information on our behalf. We will retain your Personal Information for the duration of your relationship with us (including where you hold an active account with us), as needed to provide you with our catering services (including where you have consented to receiving marketing communications), or to meet any legal obligations we may have to retain your Personal Information.
